1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by r444 (hereinafter "r444", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") at r444.bio, you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all additional rules, guidelines, and policies incorporated by reference herein. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the r444 platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and r444 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account, access any game, or place any bet on r444. Registration by or on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. r444 actively performs age verification checks and may request certified identity documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds therein may be voided.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely and entirely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the r444 platform is lawful in your country, province, or territory of residence. r444 makes no warranty or representation regarding legality in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 One Account Per User. Each individual person may register and maintain exactly one (1) r444 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited. r444 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of your r444 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time PINs. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any transactions or actions completed using your credentials are considered authorised by you.

3.2 Compromised Account. If you believe your r444 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify r444 support immediately. r444 will investigate promptly but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 KYC Verification. r444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, Passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. r444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Visa/Mastercard, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Currency. All r444 account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). r444 does not charge internal currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Where deposits are made in a non-PKR currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing interbank rate at the time of the transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed by r444 on the same business day. Processing time thereafter depends on the selected payment method. r444 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been flagged.

4.4 Deposit Funding Source. You warrant that all funds deposited into your r444 account originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. r444 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected financial crime.

5. Gaming & Betting Rules

5.1 General. All games and betting markets available on r444 are governed by specific game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail for that game or market.

5.2 RNG Fairness. All casino games utilising a Random Number Generator (RNG) at r444 are certified by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game. Live casino outcomes are determined physically by real dealers and are not subject to RNG mechanisms.

5.3 Betting Voidance. r444 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to: (a) obvious pricing errors; (b) system malfunction; (c) match abandonment or postponement beyond defined settlement timelines; (d) verified collusion or match-fixing; or (e) any other circumstance deemed appropriate by r444's trading team.

5.4 Maximum Payouts. Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per game round, and per day. These limits are published within each game or market. r444 reserves the right to reduce stake limits or maximum payouts for individual accounts at its discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses credited to your r444 account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum cashout amounts are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

6.2 Bonus Abuse. r444 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between players. Where abuse is detected, r444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend the account.

6.3 Right to Withdraw. r444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Amendments will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts unless required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r444 platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities without reporting them to r444;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering, fraud, theft);
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law;
• Any conduct that r444 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward other users or r444 staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the r444 platform – including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and design elements – is the proprietary property of r444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of r444 content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from r444.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r444 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform.

9.2 r444's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your r444 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 r444 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability without prior notice.

10. Responsible Gaming

r444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and reducing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available free of charge to all r444 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict total losses over defined time periods;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after pre-set session durations;
• Reality Checks: View time elapsed and net gain/loss during active sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your r444 account.

r444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; or any conduct deemed detrimental to the platform or other users. Upon termination for breach, r444 may forfeit any bonus funds and, where legally permissible, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Balances held in legitimately operated accounts will be returned to the account holder following satisfactory completion of any pending verification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r444 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents r444 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

r444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, r444 will notify registered users via the email or mobile number associated with their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the r444 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting r444 support.
